Task Steps

1. Open the Profile Menu and select Account.
   
2. Select the Billing and Usage tab and click on the link under Subscription & Billing Management to manage your subscription and payment method.
3. Select your subscription.
   
   
4. Click Cancel Subscription.
   
5. Select a Cancellation Reason.
   
6. The final prompt will display your subscription has been successfully canceled as well as the effective cancel date.
